Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. As many pieces are handmade, processing times may occasionally vary during busy periods.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Standard UK shipping typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal services.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a confirmation email with shipping details where available.

Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, STAROSE is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. STAROSE cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
