Refund Policy – STAROSE

At STAROSE, each piece is carefully handmade. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Returns

You may return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Custom & Personalised Pieces

As each custom piece is made to order, custom or personalised jewellery cannot be returned or refunded, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty item.
